Like most holistic systems of medicine, it recognises the power within us to heal naturally through diet, lifestyle and self-care practices that allow these to be activated. I dream that you learn to hear, listen and speak to the subtle language of your body and the laws that govern it.

Its no secret that food is my favourite path to creating balance and harmony between the internal and external worlds. This will function like a blog and is totally free for your learning and eating pleasure!
